Lady Loki is a gender-swapped variant of the classic Marvel Comics character Loki, the God of Mischief. She first appeared in the comics during the "Dark Reign" storyline in 2008, following the events of Ragnarok where the Asgardians were seemingly destroyed and later reborn.
After Sif's body was stolen, Thor discovered Loki was reborn into a female form, taking over the body intended for Sif. While possessing the same cunning and manipulative nature as her male counterpart, Lady Loki's motivations and actions are often driven by a complex mix of ambition, survival, and a desire for recognition.
The character's appearance and personality have varied across different comic book runs, sometimes portrayed as more overtly seductive and other times retaining more of Loki's original androgynous traits. She's a master of deception and illusion, capable of shapeshifting and employing magical abilities.
